Web3 was a great learning experience. Started with MPL when it was a new app and during battle launch in the tech team and walked along it’s journey till it became Unicorn. Managed end-to-end product lifecycle ● Top Funnel Optimization ○ Optimized New user Login journey and Designed activities for new users. ○ Reduced churn percentage by 15% implementing new first hour and D0, D1 activity for users. ● Driving engagement & retention ○ Launched new formats of tournaments and battles to increase retention. ○ Introduced a sort algorithm that sorts tournaments and battles based on the user's age on the platform. ● Indonesia - Product Management & Revenue Management ○ Worked with the tech team on all new feature launches. This product was very challenging and huge. It had many options and many metrics to be maintained and analyzed. Solved product problems through design and new feature launch.
