Problem solving and communicating – its something all of us do everyday. Experiences I’ve had through education, work and travel have given me the platforms to grow in both of these attributes throughout my career.
Coming from an Economics background, there are always constraints stopping you getting to an optimum level of output. Working in the Financial Services sector for a number of years has constantly thrown up its challenges of adapting in a fast paced and heavily regulated environment. Taking time away from work to travel the world with limited resources in sometimes challenging environments has opened up my mind to think broadly when finding a solution.
These experiences have helped me to rationalise decisions, work collaboratively, and relish being in unusual situations. I have learnt to adapt and involve myself into as many opportunities as possible whilst building a rapport with a range of people along the way.

As a Product Manager in this team, I create and lead productive teams responsible for the design, build, and delivery of customer-centric products to a global market.
