I was hired in 2005 as a Project Coordinator, due to my product experience with Xytech software, to process billing for the Professional Services team, where I reviewed Time Cards, Order Transactions, Jobs, Bids. I also created all Programming work orders, delivered them to customers, and processed them when approved. In 2012 I moved to QA, where I was selected to be the sole tester of a new web product, which eventually became the company's Due to my product knowledge, I was promoted to the Product Management department, where I performed bug triage, created specs for new functionality, and later Features and User stories. I led two agile teams: Rapid Response and a Development team. I continued to perform bug triage, acted as internal support to the Tech Support, Professional Services and Sales departments.
